Designed for all ability levels, this class focuses on improving strength, stamina, and overall conditioning through a mix of exercises (including ski-erg, row, runs, wall balls, burpees, lunges, farmer's carries and sled pushes). No previous experience is required. Whether you’re training for an official Hyrox event or just want a full-body challenge, our coaches will guide you through a fun, high-energy session that leaves you feeling stronger and fitter. Thursday 5:40-6:20pm in The Edge, Hall 2. Reception staff will direct you upon arrival. You don’t need any special kit – just wear trainers and exercise clothing you are comfortable in. We recommend bringing a bottle of water and you might like to bring a towel. Showers and lockers are available at The Edge.
Staff & Student Les Mills PilatesDescriptionStaff and Student Les Mills Pilates Class Magical choreography, hypnotic music, and the latest exercise science. A 45-minute mind-body workout designed to improve strength, mobility and happiness. Traditional Pilates meets the Les Mills experience, leaving you feeling strong, uplifted, and calm. Fridays 6:05pm-6.50pm in The Edge, Room G24. Reception staff will direct you upon arrival. Please wear trainers and something you’re comfortable in. We recommend bringing a bottle of water and you might like to bring a towel.
