Pharmaceutical Medical Gas Testing (Update) Refresher and Reassessment Programme 2026DescriptionThis course is only open to those on the current register of QC(MGPS) requiring a refresher training / assessment. Developed to ensure continued compliance with HTM 02-01 and NHS Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Committee standards, this course refreshes and assesses the essential skills and knowledge required of Quality Controllers (MGPS). Delegates who successfully pass both the practical assessment and examination will be re-registered as Quality Controller (MGPS) or be eligible to apply. As part of the formal assessment of competency, you will be sent a pre-course task/scenario to complete to see how you would test etc. This will be sent out four weeks before the course and you should bring it with you to the course as part of the mandatory assessment. Registration for the course is at 09:00 on day one and we aim to finish at 15:30 on day two. Please note, it is very important you to plan your return travel to enable you to attend the whole course.
