This bespoke 4 week workshop is for all females, gender fluid and non-binary individuals who want to learn new skills in a safe, welcoming environment. The course will run from 20 Jan - 10 Feb (4 consecutive weeks). Each session will be 60 minutes long and you will receive a work booklet detailing the exercises you will cover. Each course is limited to 6 participants and the cost is £75 per person.
17:30pm @ The Edge, meeting in the gym 5-10 mins prior.
Wear comfortable, breathable workout attire (e.g., gym shorts, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops) and closed-toe trainers are required. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel for wiping sweat (optional but recommended).
Please note this course will be delivered by a male qualified instructor.
