This bespoke 4 week workshop, for females only, will run from Week commencing 17th February for 4 concurrent weeks. Each session will be 60 minutes long and you will receive a work booklet detailing the exercises you will cover. Each course is limited to 6 participants and the cost is £85 per person.
The course dates are:
Wednesday 19th February 2025/26th February/5th March/12th March 2025 6.30pm @ The Edge, meeting in the gym 5-10mins prior.
Wear comfortable, breathable workout attire (e.g., gym shorts, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops) and closed-toe trainers are required. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel for wiping sweat (optional but recommended).
