Do you want to learn how to use Free Weights more effectively? Would you like to learn correct technique from a qualified Personal Trainer within a Group setting on the Edge Gym Floor? Are you looking to build confidence with dumbbells and barbells and become more knowledgeable about progressing your training?
Detailed Description
This bespoke 4 week workshop, for females only, will run from Week commencing 17th February for 4 concurrent weeks. Each session will be 60 minutes long and you will receive a work booklet detailing the exercises you will cover. Each course is limited to 6 participants and the cost is £85 per person.
The course dates are:
Monday 17th February 2025/24th February/3rd March/10th March 2025 6pm @ The Edge, meeting in the gym 5-10mins prior.
Wear comfortable, breathable workout attire (e.g., gym shorts, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops) and closed-toe trainers are required. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel for wiping sweat (optional but recommended).
