Detailed Description

This CPD offers an engaging opportunity to explore how creative and experiential approaches can enrich work with people across a range of settings. Grounded in relational and humanistic principles, the training introduces methods such as arts-based work, imagery, and embodied techniques to support deeper connection and emotional understanding—especially when words feel limited.

The course combines clear theory, live demonstration, and practical exercises, helping participants both understand the ideas behind these approaches and develop simple, usable tools they can take into their own practice or professional role.

It is interactive and participatory, with small-group activities and experiential learning, creating a supportive space to explore and reflect.

Suitable for a wide range of professionals and those with an interest in creative ways of working with others.
