The University of Leeds Farm Oilseed Rape Honey (also known as Canola or Rapeseed Honey) is made by our bees on the farm that forage on our golden fields of rapeseed (Brassica napus) in spring. This light-coloured soft set honey possesses a smooth creamy texture and tastes delicious on a slice of toast or in a warm mug of tea and is great for cooking. It is 100% pure honey with nothing added.
