With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. Aimed at those who want a full body, dynamic workout suitable for all fitness and ability levels. Keywords are strength and flexibility with minimal impact on joints. You don't need to have tried Shapes before to take part, the instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm in The Edge. Reception will direct you to the studio. You don’t need any special kit – just wear trainers and something you’re comfortable in.
