Staff Power Yoga Class

Power Yoga is a dynamic, full-body cardio workout that links yoga poses with breath to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. This style of yoga is suitable for anyone seeking to practise yoga or enhance their fitness routine. You don't need to have tried yoga before to take part, the instructors will introduce you to the movements and always provide options for all abilities.

Mondays 5:30-6:30pm in The Edge. Reception will direct you to the studio. 

You don’t need any special kit – just wear trainers and something you’re comfortable in. We recommend bringing a bottle of water and you might like to bring a towel. Showers and lockers are available at The Edge.
