Ideal for anyone and everyone! You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Wednesdays 1:00pm-1:45pm at the studio in the The Staff Wellbeing Hub. Please wear trainers and something you’re comfortable in. We recommend bringing a bottle of water and you might like to bring a towel.
