Gym - Squat Racks

Do you want to learn how to use free weights more effectively? Would you like to learn correct technique from a qualified Personal Trainer within a Group setting on the Edge Gym Floor? Are you looking to build confidence with dumbbells and barbells and become more knowledgeable about progressing your training?

This bespoke 4 week workshop is for all females, gender fluid and non-binary individuals who want to learn new skills in a safe, welcoming environment. The course will run from Tuesday 15 September - Tuesday 6 October  (4 consecutive weeks). Each session will be 60 minutes long and you will receive a work booklet detailing the exercises you will cover.  

5:30pm-6:30pm @ The Edge- Gym, Lower weights room. Our reception team can direct you upon arrival.  (Please arrive 5-10 mins before the session starts). 

Wear comfortable, breathable workout attire (e.g., gym shorts, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops) and closed-toe trainers are required. Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions.

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel (optional but recommended).

The course will be led by a qualified female gym instructor.
