A Statement is a document confirming your attendance dates, programme of study and, if applicable, the qualification or class you achieved and award date.
Please be aware that this document will not contain any module marks or credit information. If you require this, please place an order for a former student transcript.
If you need to order a statement for more than one course you will need to place two separate orders.
Detailed Description
Graduating in November 2024? You may not need to apply.
Students who are due to be awarded in November will receive a Digital Proof of Award by email. This document contains the same information as a Statement, so please only apply here if you have been asked to obtain additional copies.
A Digital Proof of Award will be automatically sent to your graduation email address, within 3 working days of your award being published. Find out when your final results will be available.
You will also receive a digital degree certificate and transcript by 19th December.

We will send a digital statement to the email address(es) provided on your order form. We aim to send your document within 2-3 working weeks. We are currently limiting the number of copies you can order to one, but we can send to multiple email addresses.
In line with the University's GDPR policy we will only keep your documents for 6 months. During this time, if you would like us to send your document to another email address, please email [email protected] quoting your order number. After 6 months have passed you will be required to place a new order
After we have sent your digital document the fee is non-refundable.
If you are a third party organisation looking to verify a degree you should apply for an Academic Verification.
