A Statement is a document confirming your attendance dates, programme of study and, if applicable, the qualification or class you achieved and award date.
Please be aware that this document will not contain any module marks or credit information. If you require this, please place an order for a former student transcript.
If you need to order a statement for more than one course you will need to place two separate orders.

Awarded in September, following resits? You may not need to apply here
If you were awarded in September 2026 your Digital Proof of Award (DPA) should have been emailed to you within 3 working days of your results being published. If you have not received this, please Email the Student Information Service at studentinfo@leeds.ac.uk.
A former student statement includes exactly the same information as the DPA. Please only apply here if you need us to send additional copies to a third-party email address. Requests to send to a personal email address will be cancelled and refunded.
You should expect to receive your digital degree certificate and transcript by the end of October. These will be sent to the graduation email address that you provided. We will email you when your hard copies are due to be dispatched. We use Royal Mail for UK addresses and DHL for overseas delivery.
We will send a digital statement to the email address(es) provided on your order form. We aim to send your document within 2-3 working weeks. We are currently limiting the number of copies you can order to one, but we can send to multiple email addresses.
In line with the University's GDPR policy we will only keep your documents for 6 months. During this time, if you would like us to send your document to another email address, please email ssc@leeds.ac.uk quoting your order number. After 6 months have passed you will be required to place a new order
After we have sent your digital document the fee is non-refundable.
