The way to apply for a transcript if you are a current student has changed, and is no longer done through our Online Store.
Graduating in July 2026? Please do not apply here.
A digital transcript will be sent to your graduation email address. If you require any additional copies to be sent to a third-party email address only, such as an embassy or employer, then please apply for a former student transcript after results are published on 6th July 2026. Requests to send to a personal email address will be cancelled and refunded.

Your school may release results, which have been validated by an Examination Board, throughout the year. Marks for the current session will not appear on your transcript until the end of the academic year. Find out when results are released.
Provisional results will not appear on your transcript. You can view your provisional and final results through Minerva. The Results and Resit Application pages are not available to view at certain times of the year – usually in the run up to results days. This is because they are turned off to enable the marks and awards to be processed. They will be turned back on again in time for results days so that you can access your results.
We will send a digital transcript to the email address(es) provided on your order form within 10 working days. We are currently limiting the number of copies you can order to one, but we can send to multiple email addresses.
