£10 deposit (refundable on return) for one locker key for lockers based in the PGR Common Room

Detailed Description

Obtaining your keys:

To obtain access to a locker in the PGR Common Room you will require a locker key. Before doing so, please contact the School’s PGR Administrator at [email protected] or on +44 (0)113 343 7327 to ensure that a locker is available and, if so, to be allocated a locker number.

To obtain a key a deposit of £10 is required which will be repaid when you return the key. Once you have deposited £10 on the online store you will be able to pick up your key from the Postgraduate Student Office (Room G.03 in House 10 Cavendish Road). Please bring a copy of your payment confirmation with you or email it to [email protected].

 

Returning your keys:

When you would like to return your keys and retrieve your deposit, please drop your keys into the Postgraduate Student Office, who will contact the Finance Office to arrange for your deposit to be refunded. If the Postgraduate Student Office is closed, please leave your key with another member of the School’s administrative team with your name and a request for this to be passed to the PGR Administrator.
