Inspired by the University of Leeds Art Collection, artists from the Leeds Fine Artists group responded to different artworks, translating their chosen piece into their own media and format. These specially created artworks were displayed alongside highlights from the University Art Collection including works by Vanessa Bell, Ivon Hitchens and Anthony Gross.
Leeds Fine Artists was founded in 1874. It is one of the oldest regional arts organisations in the North of England.
We hope their work inspires you to look again at the University Art Collection.
