We are hosting our annual Staff Christmas Event at the Hilton Hotel in Leeds on Monday 15 December 2025 and are delighted to invite you to celebrate the festive season together.

Join us for our annual Staff Christmas event at the Hilton Leeds City Centre.

Date: Monday 15 December 2025

Location: Hilton Leeds City Centre, Neville St, Leeds LS1 4BX.

12.00-17.00: Festive lunch & party games

17.00 onwards: DJ & dancing

The event is subsidised by LUBS and is priced at:

£22 for Grades 7 and below

£32 for Grades 8-10

Classic Menu 

STARTER 

Chicken liver parfait, sticky fig relish, sourdough. 

MAIN 

Turkey roulade stuffed with sage & onion, wrapped in streaky bacon, parsnips, heritage baby carrots, sprouts, boulangère potatoes, jus 

DESSERT 

Tirami-chou, choux pastry, coffee craquelin, coffee ganache, mascarpone mousse 

Plant-based Menu 

STARTER 

Spiced winter vegetable soup, sourdough croutons (PB) 

MAIN 

Root vegetable wellington, parsnips, carrots, sprouts, jus (PB) 

DESSERT 

Cinnamon swirl cheesecake, morello cherry compote (PB)

The deadline for registration, seating requests and dietary requirements is 5pm on 21^st November 2025.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds. If you are no longer able to attend the event, please contact the Faculty Project Team at LUBScomms@leeds.ac.uk to discuss the possibility of transferring your place to someone else. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
