Detailed Description
How will I get my card?
A member of the SOT team will contact you to arrange collection.
Do I have to pay for a replacement card?
Yes. There is a charge of £10 irrespective of the reason for the loss.
What happens if my card is found and handed in?
As all card are printed onto and are specific to the individual, cards that are handed in will be destroyed where a replacement has already been issued. Where a replacement has not yet been issued, the individual named on the card will be contacted and arrangements confirmed.
Do I need to provide a photograph?
Yes. A member of the SOT will confirm arrangements upon receipt of payment.
