Track B: Wellbeing & Belonging This session addresses the impact of bias, burnout and belonging on Black women in professional environments. Attendees will learn practical wellbeing tools and strategies to strengthen resilience and engage confidently with EDI structures.

IP) This session offers essential guidance on navigating research leadership, research culture, and key aspects of research management, including intellectual property.
