DescriptionJoin students and staff from the School of Law for an exciting day trip to Manchester City Centre for Manchester's dragon parade and street market. There’s no shortage of things to do at Manchester’s Spring Festival events, you can expect workshops, craft sessions, performances and hands-on activities. You can get creative, enjoy the entertainment and soak up the colourful atmosphere with music, food and celebrations. All attendees must complete the emergency contact form by Thursday 12th February at the latest. It is one of the most iconic sights in Manchester’s events calendar. As these activities are organised by FCAM and are firmly rooted in traditional Chinese customs, this celebration is referred to as Chinese New Year. However, everyone celebrating the Spring Festival is warmly welcomed to join in. Manchester Spring Festival 2026 With more than 120 stalls, it will be one of the largest Spring Festival markets Manchester has ever hosted. Visitors can browse street food, traditional crafts and unique gifts, making it a standout option for anyone searching for things to do in Manchester over the weekend. The Spring Festival brings together shopping, food, live performances and community events, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. What to wear What to bring Meet at the Liberty Building / Moorland Road at 9:45am for Coach to Depart at 10:00am. You’ll need to meet back at the coach at 3:45pm, so the coach can depart promptly at 4pm. We should return to the Liberty Building by 5:00pm. | ||||||||||||||||
