The University of Leeds is pleased to host the 44th Christmas Meeting and Early Career Researcher (ECR) Meeting on the 15 - 17 December 2025.

The programme begins with the ECR Meeting offering a supportive platform for emerging researchers to present their work and build networks followed by the long-standing SSCG Christmas Meeting showcasing cutting-edge research from across the solid-state chemistry community.  This year, we are welcoming contributions from the solid-state chemistry community for original research in the following areas:

• Mineral/organic/fluid interfaces
• Fuel cells/batteries
• Zeolites
• Metal surfaces/nanoparticles
