All students are issued with a swipe access card for CSB at St James’s Hospital.
• All student cards once collected and signed off are the responsibility of the owner of the card.
• If a student has lost their card, they must pay for its replacement; the cost is £5.
• On leaving the university, swipe access cards must be handed back either as part of the exit procedure or after final exams.
