The sport is played with paddles on a Badminton-sized court but with a low net, and is often played as doubles with two players on each team. Tuesday 5pm-6pm @ The Gryphon Sport Center Please speak to reception on arrival who will direct you if you are unsure where to go. You don’t need any special kit or equipment - this is all provided. Just wear trainers and something you’re comfortable in. We recommend bringing some water, there are water fountains avalible on site. Please note there will be no sessions on the following dates:
