Statements are letters stating a former student’s registration dates, school, degree type, thesis title, award date and conferment choice (if known).

Detailed Description

If you are a former Taught student e.g. BA, MA, please do not select this item: select Taught Student Statement link instead.

We will send a digital statement to the email address provided in your order as soon as possible. We are currently limiting the number of copies you can order to one but we can send to multiple email addresses. Please specify in your order if you require us to do so.

If you would like us to send your document to another email address, please email [email protected] , quoting your order number. After 6 months have passed you will be required to place a new order

After we have sent your digital document the fee is non-refundable.

If you are a third party organisation looking to verify a degree you should apply for an Academic Verification.

 

PLEASE NOTE these statements are provided free of charge to former Postgraduate Researchers for the first 3 months after the date on which their name appeared on a pass list (this date can be found on the award letter issued to all former Postgraduate Researchers after their name has been on a pass list). Former Postgraduate Researchers who qualify for a statement free of charge should not order their statement here but instead email [email protected].

Statement letters usually take between 2-3 weeks to process but it can take longer during busy periods. If you are requesting a statement for visa purposes please specify this in the Special Requirements field of the request form.
