A Late Booking Fee of £25.00 per booking applies after 6th June for physical delegates payable at the time of booking (one fee per complete booking). Cancellations will incur a £25 Administration Fee.
The Late Booking Fee must be paid at the time of booking. The fee applies to the whole booking, which may include any number of items.
Notification of cancellation should be sent via email to HerculesProject@leeds.ac.uk, using the subject line “Cancellation”, before the Administration Fee is payed.
Substitutions can be made at any time, free of charge, please forward your details and the details of your substitute to HerculesProject@leeds.ac.uk (please use the subject “Registration”).
